I've had both virtual and in-person appointments with him, he makes me feel really comfortable and listened to every time we interact, he really takes the time to thoroughly explain things and answer my questions. The entire staff is also really welcoming and add to the comforting experience of being in the office. Jennifer was really friendly at reception and Renata answered some questions and concerns I had prior to meeting with Dr. Patel. I also came 15 min early for my appointment, as suggested, and was seen as soon as I checked-in. Didn't even have to sit before being called back so definitely come early like they suggest!"

The online program they use to put up test results, leave messages, and use for other information for you, is great. The office is clean and they take all safety measures.
