"Front desk staff is unwelcoming. Waited 20 mins after my appointment time. Ultrasound tech seemed confused and they don’t even print ultrasound pictures which is so stupid to me, I really feel robbed of the experience for my first pregnancy. I’m just fed up with prisma at this point. I don’t even want to deal with them for the rest of my pregnancy."

"When I was pregnant with my first child, I went there for my first couple of appointments. At my blood-work appointment, I was very anxious as I have always had a strong fear of needles. This seemed to greatly amuse the nurses. The nurse who took my blood sample stabbed me no fewer than 5 times with the IV, laughing it off the entire time, as I was crying. When I finally saw one of the OB's I expressed my desire for a natural birth and she literally laughed and said something like "well, we'll see!" I immediately switched to Greenville Midwifery and did indeed have the natural birth of my dreams and have had another natural (home) birth with my second child! This practice will NOT support you if you desire a low-intervention birth. FYI the unplanned C-section rate here is 32 %."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This office used to be good but has gone downhill fast in the past 5 years. The nurses and doctors at this practice seem as though they could not care any less about patient concerns but have no problem getting you in so they can charge you ridiculous copays for a 2-minute visit-- that you could have gone ANYWHERE else for. I had a great experience with my first pregnancy, but I will not be investing any more time at this office with my second. If you want a good office, good communication, to be heard and a peace of mind during your pregnancy --DO NOT GO HERE."

"front desk staff is horrible. they do not care about there patients. honestly anything to do with Prisma is horrible. i have never encountered a staff member at prisma with a positive attitude. they all act like they hate their jobs. i dread delivering a baby at this hospital."

"I saw Dr Lee Brodie today and he was great! Extremely helpful and will make you feel heard. He is very knowledgeable and will make sure you understand before leaving the room. The staff there is also wonderful to be around Patty is so sweet and helpful every time I called. The lady that did my ultrasound was also extremely sweet. I will defiantly be recommending this place to all of my friends and family."
