"They’re terrible. Hide test results then forget about them altogether. Never had the same doctor. I had 5 different ones of the course of my pregnancy and not a single one I saw delivered my son. Autumn is the only decent person there. The girl who would do my NST test would tell me she couldn’t find my son and my husband would have to do it. I switched OB’s and they took forever to give my paperwork as well."

"I had a great experience! First Pap, it's normal to feel nervous. But Dr. Eliza Hardy made me feel safe, informed, welcomed, and calm. She was very friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The nurse was friendly and helpful as well."

"I’ve never had a problem with this clinic but today was the day !!!! Came in for my appt and i know I was 6 min late . They checked me in and after sitting for 10 min , they called me up and the lady said I was late that they couldn’t see me .. I responded and told her that I was sorry , I had to drop off my kids . But that I would like to reschedule. She responded with “ YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DROP OFF YOUR KIDS EARLY “ . The problem was not that I wasn’t able to get seen , the problem was her comment !! She doesn’t know what all I went through to get there. For her to say something like that"

"I JUST hung up on one of the front desk ladies because yesterday, another front desk lady told me to keep calling to check availability to reschedule an upcoming appointment I have scheduled so when I called right now, this other lady told me she won’t check for me (told me she’d send me to a nurse line to leave a VM instead) because she “doesn’t do that”. As someone who does her same position within PRISMA, I was shocked to see her laziness & stubborn attitude. Also, if the other front desk lady was able to simply check for me then I’m sure this one doesn’t have any restrictions and could check for me."

"The most incompetent “team” of doctors and medical professionals I have ever seen. I work in medicine so I know incompetence when I see it. To think that I was sent to them because my pregnancy was high risk just makes me sick. My son was born 6 weeks early because they brushed my high risk pregnancy off and told me we were fine and I would carry to term. When I told them I wanted to be monitored more closely they denied my request and a week later I went into labor at 33 weeks. When I went into labor I couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the office, i even used their emergency line and no one got back to me. My son had a 3.5 week NICU stay after he was born. By the grace of god he is thriving now but I would give 0/5 stars if Google would let me. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Seriously, save yourself the trouble."
