"Work orders are usually attended to the day of. Landscaping crew is very attentive to the grounds. No flooding as there’s a retention pond. The gym is small but it has a decent assortment of equipment. Tennis courts are nice if you’re into that. Both pools are nice and kept in good condition. Only complaint is that I do wish there were sidewalks, especially considering how many people have pets to walk in the community. Generally a quiet community with friendly folk!"
