"I did a google review a couple of years ago giving5 stars because at the time that’s what it deserved but now I wish we hadn’t signed another lease!!!!!! Prior to us signing another lease everything was good so good that we moved into a bigger apartment to accommodate my mom who is disabled. Unfortunately the apartment was infested with roaches (we didn’t know at the time of move in). The electrical sockets don’t work.The refrigerator is infested with dead roaches (hence the reason it’s not working properly) my mom is disabled so we ask them to change the door for her to the bathroom so she wont fall all they did was take the door off so she has no privacy. We have put in several work orders for the electrical issue in here. Maintenance did come to change out one of the breakers and there was so many dead roaches compacted in there. It was so disgusting to where maintenance was shook said he would be back because that was just a temporary fix and they would replace the rest of the breakers and clean the roaches out, haven’t been back and that was in the early part of December. I asked them to make sure it’s rectified because I WFH. Maintenance has been here 3 times for the refrigerator since it leaks and floods the kitchen and they refuse to get us a new one. The gates haven’t worked in over a year. Also when a work order is put in they don’t come to fix it you have to either go up there or catch maintenance riding around on the golf cart and refresh their memory about you work order. None of this was going on until the new owners bought the property. The last crew they had was on point and addressed any issues at hand. I don’t know what these people are doing!!!! And please don’t respond with I can’t locate your name or our staff takes pride in taking care of our residents. If you did I wouldn’t have wrote this google review. And might I add rent is paid on time every month since we been here. 4 years!!!!!!"

"I just moved to the Carlyle and from Day one Heidi has been there for me. All the different adjustments I’ve had to make with downsizing was rough but Heidi was very encouraging. When I have an issue at the apartment the staff is on it to fix and take care of the problem. I love my apartment and my view is beautiful. Thank you and I look forward to a great year."
