"Starting at the front desk. Lady behind the glass arguing with me and telling us that we can't have a reservation be they booked up. After 30 minutes and showing our confirmation, somehow magically she found a cancelation. Room was clean but plumbing was falling out of the wall in shower. NO ICE MACHINE ON SITE! Other than that it was fine."

"I do not recommend staying here for an extended period of time. We were here almost 2 months and our room wasn’t cleaned once. We asked Karen at the front desk when we could expect our room to be cleaned and she told us “I don’t know. I don’t make the cleaning schedule”. Her and the female manager are the rudest people I have ever dealt with at a hotel. Robbie was the only polite one. People smoke at all doors so you can’t walk inside without getting hit with a cloud of smoke. The beds are uncomfortable. Save yourself the headache and stay at a different extended stay."

"I stayed here for a work trip with my dog and the room was very clean and nice. Perhaps the biggest advantage to staying here is the hospitality provided by the front desk. Everyone is very kind and accommodating, which makes a big difference when traveling alone. Specifically, Tay Matthew has provided me (and my dog) with the utmost care… above and beyond my expectations! About halfway through my trip, I unfortunately injured my ankle while site-seeing downtown Savannah (which is only a 15 min ride; great location!). Getting injured out of town is not only painful, but can be very scary to navigate alone. Tay Matthew helped me order a ride to the ER, spoke to the driver about what I was going through, and upon my return I had additional help to get back into my room. He’s even helped me with my dog after my return. Other kind members of the front desk team have provided new towels and pillows, and have been wonderful as well. Overall I am very impressed!! The affordability of this hotel is amazing! The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, location is awesome, and the kindness/overall care of all of the staff here is one big cherry on top. I highly recommend staying here!"

"First let me make it clear that I have never met the staff here or have any history with them before staying here. With that said, I am going to be brutally honest here. I took the time to read through the reviews, even going back a few years. I can't for the life of me understand why some people would write what they do. I'll address Ms. Symphony...yes you might think she comes across rude/stunning. Look she has a job to do. With 150 to 200 rooms to manage and rules she has to follow there leaves little time sometimes to cater to some people. She's direct and to the point. She has to be as she has to answer to her boss as most of us do in life. She is fair at the same time. Just put yourself in her place. I don't understand where some of the old comments come from about her, other than someone thinking of just causing trouble for her or spitefulness. The rest of the staff, they have all been kind. Remember they have their limits to authority also. Because of limited staffing, you might have to wait a minute or two for them to respond. Where do you go these days that you don't experience this? Cleanliness...I walk around my room in stocking feet once I get in. My socks stay pretty clean on the floors. My room has always been clean upon checking in. Noise...they can't help how some people act, who can? But they address situations promptly. Beds...look who can have mattresses to be perfect for everyone? It's a personal preference. Just like having a visitor at your own home. Who says your guest bedroom mattress suits all your visitors? So would I stay here again? Well hell yeah. I've actually become sort of a regular as I enjoy staying here."

"The staff at Woodspring Suites is awesome. They all are very friendly and helpful. They really try to make sure the guests are comfortable. I stayed here for at least thirty days until my apartment was ready and I had my two year old son with me. One staff member in particular wanted to make sure he had room to play and just be a terrible two year old, I’m so sorry I don’t know her name but her dog’s name is Ezra. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The water pressure from the shower is actually better than my apartment’s shower. If I ever need to stay in a hotel again it would definitely be this one. Great job to the entire staff!"
