"Horrible. Bad customer service. Unprofessional staff. I booked a room and paid the deposit. I had a change of plans and cancelled 2 months before I was suppose to arrive. Per their policy, I was able to get my deposit back. I contacted them numerous times and spoke with the manager. I have been given the runaround about getting my deposit back. I have asked to speak to the owner several times but to no avail. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have emails to confirm everything I'm saying. They will not honor their end of the deal. The only reason I gave them the one star is because I couldn't leave a review without giving them at least one. This hotel dosen't deserve that one. Horrible!!!!!"

"I honestly do not think this hotel is worth the price they charge. As I checked in, I asked the receptionist if the room was a smoke-free room, which he then responded the entire building is smoke-free. As I made my way to the stairs and down to my room, all I could smell was the heavy stench of cigarettes and marijuana. The room is was given was not cleaned properly. The top of the refrigerator/microwave was super sticky. The carpet was dirty and the scent bothered me my entire night of stay. It smelt as if it was just sprayed with a whole lot of different cleaning solution, not safe for an expecting mom. The AC did not help with the smell and made my allergies worse, causing me to get super stuffy. The walls in the shower had straight black hair on it, and the fan switch in the bathroom did not work… My body was in so much pain I did not make it to breakfast but my sister did. She brought me back scrambled eggs, waffles & orange juice. The orange juice was good. The scrambled eggs and waffles, not so much. As I chewed into both, it felt as if egg shells were blended in them. Staff was ok. The guy at my check out was nice, he even tried suggesting a cream his wife used to relieve pain."

"So the room wasn't that great HOWEVER the staff is absolutely phenomenal, they changed rooms for us and it was much better. Dont worry too much about the room. We stayed on 10/19/23 and they are in the middle of renovations. Because of the staff I have total faith that in a month or two this will be one of the best hotels in this area. It's under new management and they know customer service."

"Currently at this location. We checked in earlier today and I must say, I've never been more disappointed in a Hotel. First impression was, this isn't what we were expecting. After my husband checked us in, we got our bags and made our way to the room. The swipe access to enter the building doesn't actually work, anyone can enter. It's absolutely FILTHY. The hallways are dirty, stained, and have a strong odor. There's an open glass alcohol bottle just sitting at the top of the steps. I had no idea I'd be walking through and living in a construction zone. The smell is so off-putting. I want to leave but we are so exhausted my husband wants to stay at least the night. It's hard to get comfortable currently. There's stains on the sheets, they felt wet when we first arrived. Hair on the faucet. It doesn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom is dirty. I haven't seen bugs but I'm still trying to get past the odors. I just walked to the ice machine to ice my sprained ankle and there mold in the machine. Let's hope nothing else goes terribly wrong with this stay. Do yourself a favor...stay ANYWHERE else. I haven't taken or added pictures but based on the reviews I just read, others did a pretty good job showing what this place is really like."

"Disappointed with this hotel. Signage in the breakfast area (which was good) requested that guests not take food to their rooms. However, they were numerous, seemingly long term guests who were COOKING in their rooms. The unpleasant aromas filled the hallways. Yuck. The rooms had recently been renovated and were nice, but the lamps needed to be replaced. The vent fan switch in our bathroom didn't work as it activated the fan in the adjacent bathroom. There were also several nightly beer parties in the back parking lot with music playing. We will not be back..."
