"I stay at Home2’s all the time for work, this is the worst one I’ve stayed at. Not sure of its age but its upkeep is not good. I stayed in room 231. Shower items all empty and not refilled, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, floor trim all coming away from the walls in the bathroom, and carpet was dirty. Also had to ask for my Honors water as it wasn’t offered to me at check in nor in the room already beings the reservation was already made. The nighttime front desk lady was very nice however the cleaning staff needs some pointers. Not impressed."

"Across from the Tanger outlets, I cannot say enough good things about home two. The price is good and the quality of the rooms was exceptional. Place was exquisite and all the rooms were very very clean. They have exceptional staff and I cannot truly an express how impressed I was."

"Not the better Home2, but we managed. If u enter your room and you are missing almost all of the silverware and dishes. Check the dishwasher. We didn't check until next morning. Housekeeping forgot to unload from the previous occupant. Overall it's not bad... just not the best."

"They suddenly overcharged $239.06 without saying anything the next day after I check out. I have already returned to my home country, so I called several times and they said they will cancel the overcharged payment. However, the card cancellation process has not been processed until now. There is no response after calling and sending several e-mails. The manager or front desk who just saw my review should process the cancellation of the card properly. my confirmation no: 92814994 I don't prefer to write bad reviews, but I am writing now because the hotel response is too late and it hasn’t been resolved yet. It’s already been over a week. I have a Hilton diamond tier, and I've stayed at a lot of hotels, including several Hilton brand hotels, on business trips, but this is the first time, I've never had such a terrible issue and service in the meantime."

"This was the first time we stayed at a Home2 Suites and was very pleased. The room lay-out is nice with a curtain that can be pulled to divide bed from rest of room (and lights) if one of you wants to sleep. Has full-size refrigerator and a microwave. Comfortable bed and nice countertop space and desk/chair. Outside is clean and safe and adjacent to a nice complex of office buildings to walk a dog. The breakfast was very good and staff friendly. There was a $50 pet fee but I think that is good for up to 3 nights but we only stayed one. Has many restaurants near-by as well."
