"I have several concerns regarding this establishment. The previous reviews align with my own observations. Unfortunately, I have yet to occupy my apartment due to the lack of heating. Additionally, I anticipate encountering issues with the air conditioning system during the summer months, as it is quite outdated. I also noticed that the landscapers trimmed the shrubs but neglected to tidy up the porches and front area, among other things. On a positive note, I did receive prompt assistance from Rosie when I reached out to her. However, if given the chance to make this decision again, I would not choose this place, at least not at the present time. It appears that there is only one maintenance worker responsible for all the apartments, making it difficult for him to uphold the necessary maintenance standards, considering the unresolved issues."

"Only if I could post pictures. My air was out for the whole summer. Untill I called code enforcement. They don't fix anything but always want they rent money. I had mold and mildew in my apartment. The list goes on and on. The worst apartment complex ever."

"It doesn’t matter how many time management changes this place is too far gone. Issues on top of issues. From the roaches, to no pest control, constant sewer issues, old furnaces, thin walls, liter, and terrible neighbors. When things need to be replaced you get used appliances, and the painted over mold. This is just not a place you would enjoy living paying or hardworking money for."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE my daughter has been there 2 weeks with no air no one answers the phones I've contacted a lawyer but it's a travesty for the amount they want to charge you but won't someone should investigate where the money is going and the management practices of this place,company and owners.. UPDATE i got an immediate response from the contractor and my issue is being fixed I know this person /company and they are very very trustworthy and I appreciate their response to my issue definitely worth it! "I have been here 9 months. Management has changed FOUR times. Maintenance is hit and miss. Most things I handle myself. Today was literally my last straw with the unprofessionalism. Due to improper installation my cabinets collapse today. I tried to hold them up for as long as I could (Trying to save maintenance the extra hard work) I called while holding the cabinets up asked for assistance was told it was not a emergency. At this point I'm over it. Once the cabinets came down you can see how poorly installed the cabinets were and the poor foundation the cabinets were installed on. I have a children and im thankful they wasn't the ones trying to grab something from the cabinet when this happen. They would have not been able to hold these cabinets up. They were heavy. This was definitely the last initiative I need it to get out of here. The apartments are already completely overpriced for the area and community. I am absolutely 100% sure that you can find somewhere else in Columbia suitable for you and your family needs. UPDATE: Maintenance ( Terell and Kawan) fixed it. They did a wonderful job. Upon arrival they thought it was just the cabinet door ( poor communication between management and maintenance) but they were able to do the job. And install the cabinets correctly. I still would not consider moving here."
