"DO NOT MOVE HERE I currently live here unfortunately and that is only because I don’t want to break my lease. I moved here in June 2023 I live in a studio apartment. 1. The manager (lady) over this complex is very rude and not helpful at all! Attitude and not nice. 2. I have asked so many times for them to fix maintenance issues with my apartment it’s always their (temporary fix) until they can come back and supposedly fix it, tell you a time frame and still have yet to hear anything on several issues I’ve had. 3. Water heater pipe busted sprayed all over my apartment they used a fan to dry everything. 4. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs I can not say enough how often I see roaches and bugs in my apartment regardless of their “pest control” or how often I spray the apartment! 5. Floors have several soft spots that sink in they say they fix it then they leave and it gets worse! In one of my pictures they nailed down a piece of wood in my bathroom as a temporary fix and said they would fix it when the pieces came in it’s been over a month and have yet to call me or do anything. 6. I do not know how many times I have told them I have mold and mildew and moisture buildup in my apartment and everytime they deny it even though it’s blatantly obvious! I also have a neighbor that has the same issues! 7. The wallpaper has bubbles under it and is falling off and lapped over and the caulking job is pathetic and looks just horrible! Not sure why there are stains on my walls have been here since I moved in. 8. ROAD NOISE! I feel like these walls are paper then I can hear everything outside from the highway to people talking, cats meowing anything and everything! 9. HOMELESS PEOPLE! I can not tell you how many times homeless people walk through this apartment complex parking lot in the middle of the night! Very unsafe! They sleep behind the complex and leave trash everywhere and clothes! I have found drug needles in the parking lot in the parking spaces from them! Told the office and they said there is nothing they can do and don’t care! 10. I have asked so many times for them to move me to a 2 bedroom apartment for months and months despite I have paid rent on time every time except once and it was 1 day late that’s it! They keep saying they can’t do transfers until the occupancy rate is up but yet they move people into them and take them up so how will I receive one if they are all rented out! Actually in fact I know there is one coming available now I called and asked and they said there wasn’t ! My friend called and asked and they said there was they even booked a tour with them to see it! So all lies! My overall conclusion to this is please do not waste your money here, you will not gain a home but a place you can’t stand to live with every maintenance and safety issue under the sun. Go look at all the photos I posted along with this review from my current studio apartment!"

"I really needed a place to move into, and I told the front desk lady that and she said she could get me if everything checks out, and literally not even two hours later she said my stuff got approved and the whole process maybe literally only took 20 minutes and I had everything ready to go. The apartment I have was cleaned out very well and everything works, and the office people have been a pleasure to work with. There is nothing wrong with my apartment, but I know if a small problem were to arise or even a big problem that they would take care of it for me and a very timely manner. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my living experience here and how quickly and professionally I was moved in. Update, I went to the office today with two minor issues and I told them that it’s not that big of a deal you guys can get to it whenever you guys are free, and they literally got it done for me today not even within an hour of me going to the office, highly recommend this place and they’re made and staff. It’s really nice considering that I wasn’t expecting anything to be done for a while and they literally got it done within the same day and within an hour of me going to the office. Highly recommend, and the office staff, the two ladies, exceptionally sweet and very proficient at their jobs."

"I’ve been a tenant for 10 months and I enjoy the leasing agents more than anything else. Amber&Satone are lovely. Maintenance is on it when it comes to fixing house issues and they’re professional every step of the way. I’ll be renewing my lease for sure."

"Do not move into here!! Their apartments are filled with black mold, they won’t fix anything, they say it’s not their job to fix certain things when it is! I used to live in apartment 176 Blake dr. Do not move in here, they will take you to court and say they haven’t heard anything about it when I know they have: they don’t work with you about anything!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, and yes I didn’t pay my rent because they had black mold in our ac unit and in our bathroom. ALSO residents that do live here check your ac units!!!!"
