"It's a great gated complex within walking distance of pretty much everything such as the whole medical district, the downtown, Starbucks, the bank of America and Wells Fargo, goodwill…etc. The prices are reasonable given the service and the place has tons of cameras all over. Also, the service of the leasing office is on point whenever something goes wrong. It has a gym and a BBQ setting too! Highly recommended!"
"Great place to live. Beautiful and clean property with amenities. Cameras everywhere for safety purposes. Close to everything in the Augusta area. The renovated apartments or beyond breath taking. Mr. Matt is awesome and the Maintenance man goes above and beyond to make tenants happy. I would highly recommend living here."
"I have been living here at the Downtowner for 5 yrs. Out of 4yrs I have been scared because of all the bad people that have been here and management not caring about the place just wanted your money and not fixing anything not spraying apartment oh gosh it was bad till I was about to move. Then new management came someone who cares someone who takes time out to listen to The resident and awesome Maintenance man that really fixes stuff. Now that Mr Matt is here I do feel safe me and my kids because all bad people are gone. They always go over beyond with resident to make sure that everything is fine. Place looks great. I'm not afraid to invite family here anymore because it doesn't looked bad everything is cleaned and I couldn't ask for more. My family blessed to have someone that cares that's over these apartments."
