"I applied and payed the application fee got approved with" certain terms and conditions " but it doesn't show what. The office refuses to answer the phone let alone the email on the website isn't valid. I would like my $81 fee refunded as this is absolutely unacceptable and a whole scam!"

"They stole my money 150 for a application for them to say I got approved then I go look at the email it says declined & that office manger is very nasty 0/10 don’t move here they are very rude and nasty & community is a mess . They need a new office manger he dnt even attend to his tenants that live out there Greg or George the office manger ."
