"This place was a total waste of time!! Beware, they claim to be income based but definitely not!! I heard them deny a older African American lady. Told her that her social security should increase next year and that there were cheaper apartments down the street. They took my security deposit and then denied me. They are only after whatever grants they can get from the government."

"This is a beautiful place for everyone to live if you don't mind dying, for this community to be a breathe easy community my god I've never had anyone controlling my breathing. It's cigarette smoking all day and night. Invision yourself enjoying your home then suddenly your become so agitated annoyed and so frustrated trying to figure out what's going on until you realize it's the cigarette smoke the quality of your air has totally changed in your apartment if you're not use to smelling cigarette smoke it'll take a while to figure it out. YET the manager tells you no one is smoking in the units and only they will ever know because they're the only ones who change the air filters in each unit. These are lies from the pits of hell, because they don't want to face the fact they're placing smoker's all throughout the community and not keep tabs on them and ask you to leave when you complain about not being able to breathe or sleep at night. If you can't take cigarette smoke don't be lured into the hype of finding a nice beautiful place to live out your golden years it's not going to happen here! I'm old can't afford to be looking for another place not to mention unable to. But never let them tell you you're not a good fit when you tell them about the issues you're dealing with here. Your issues will be legitimate they just don't want to hear them. Just in case they may have to do some work!"
