"These apartments are a disaster and the administration is even worse. I lived here for 5 years in and they even made me pay for the STREET LIGHT electricity outside the condominium! They charged a fee for everything! When something was wrong in the apartment, they made no effort to fix it and I left leaving everything in order. Knowing that I owed nothing , I moved out to find that they had come up with a charge and only gave me 2 weeks to pay it. I was given proper notice via phone or mail! They damaged my credit, putting me in collections! I am going to start a legal process against these apartments with all my evidence. Contact me if you have evidence and want to be part of a lawsuit as I am sure that I have not been the only one. The leasing management is malicious in their intent and must be legally stopped. that they escorted me out and that I threatened them but the truth is that you have a high level of bad things in that apartment since at no time did I threaten you I only went to look for an explanation since after 4 months of seeing me move out they damaged my credit and apart from that they call the police to intimidate me and not show my face for the damage they do to the tenants but proceeding legally with you will be the best so that you do not continue to be all the damage that you do to the people who come to live there is."

"It's a very well kept and clean community. The neighbors were great and kind. Management was on top of things within the apartment and kept you notified if there were any changes of anything."

"I only moved here for the cheap price (currently $1,105 per month in a 2 bedroom apt). As a college student I hope it stays that way, if not I will find someplace else."
