"Moved in last July and just renewed my lease for another 14 months. It is conveniently located from most things in Augusta. Anytime I’ve had an issue the maintenance staff is quick at responding. They have plenty of parking for my building and the fitness center is good for an apartment complex."
"Moved in 3 months ago and things have been really good. Any time I've had questions or concerns the office staff have been very helpful and friendly. When ask to have an outside light fixed (it's usually after sunset when I get home from work) it was taken care of within 48hr. So thanks to the office staff and maintenance guys."
"I am a new resident and so far it is super nice! There are good barriers between the highway so there’s no traffic noise and the staff are friendly. Maintenance responds quick. I’m new to Georgia, and the apartments are close to pretty much every store you can think of."
"Only because there is no option for 0 stars!!! RUN AWAY FAST! So many problems. Flooded first apartment. Second apartment: black mold. Third apartment: roaches, windows open to elements as not properly caulked, no A/c or hot water for 1 wk. Maintenance request do not get done then they blame you for not calling multiple times, trash and cigarette filters all over common areas (non-smoking facility), security gate broken for over a month. Staff is rude, doesn’t know you, blames you for all that is wrong."
"The new staff here is absolutely wonderful! The apartments are very nice and affordable. I would Recommend The lory to anybody needing a great place to live ! McKenzie and Alina have been the absolute best to work with and made my move in process a breeze. WAY TO GO!"
