"I lived here during college and wish I could come back. Ms Denise and all other staff were always kind and genuinely happy to help or answer any questions. She also worked with us because were we college students. I NEVER had any bug problems outside or the occasional spider in the 3 and a half years I lived there. The other residents kept to themselves and were otherwise friendly/ minded their own business. Honestly it wasn't quiet all the time because there are a lot of kids that play together and occasional loud music. Rent is cheap and literally this place is a one of a kind and haven't found any other place like it. When you first move in you might need to scrub a little extra hard to clean it up a little but overall i really think this place is a diamond in the rough."
