Red Roof Inn & Suites Greenwood, SC

"All around great place. Our room was missing the coffee pot. They do take a pet deposit. But they have the best dog walking area. And it was pretty quiet. It's a pretty nice Red Roof. But it's still a Red Roof."

"It was a bad experience will never stay there again the room had a little odor possible mildew or mold I got there and saw 3 ants crawling in bathroom floor I stepped on ants but that morning trash can under the sink was covered with black ants Mgr didn't want to take accountability for this the didn't waive my bill I checked out at 9am instead of 11 He told me I should have told him about the 3 ants that night and would have sprayed I do not recommend this Hotel if he exterminate there are probably bed bugs and fleas there also they still have not called me about this matter he was acting like it was my fault like I brought the ants Thank God I just slept there a few hrs from 2am to 9am But he was acting like he really didn't give a damn This was on 10-28- 23 !!!! How can situations like this be handled I deserve a refund or something I should have took pictures but I just packed up and left"

"Customer service is amazing. I’m very impressed with the rooms they clean n very spacious. Have to say the rooms r very clean a/c works great. Parking lot is clean n has a nice view of Greenwood"

"DO NOT STAY.. on the surface it looks clean as soon as you walk in to the rooms. There were a bunch of small and one massive cigarette burn holes on all of the blankets thank God we brought our own! I understand it was a smoking room but come on they can at least replace the covers of someone burns them! There were roaches. I spent the first 2 hours cleaning the room because we didn't have the option to go somewhere else. Mattresses are severely stained and beds are super noisy like I couldn't even turn over without waking up because of the noise.. there were also hand prints on the head board which I sanitized because eww, the refrigerator was dirty the remote control for the TV was filthy there was no cord for the phone in the hotel room, the toilet paper holder was barely hanging on, I was extremely itchy and uncomfortable and couldn't sleep I definitely will never stay here again!!"

"Very disappointed. First night the room was ok. When I extended my pup and I were moved to a "pet room" #146 that smelled like a filthy cat litter box. No other Red Roof Inn anywhere charges for dogs. (I travel for work and my dog travels with me.) But after paying an additional $25 for my dog as well as a $50 deposit for a grand total of $157.... the stinky pet room was very much an insult. Red Roof inn of Greenwood doesn't have to ever worry about getting my money again."
