"Would not recommend! The GM said her name was Catherine not sure if she was due to no uniform or name tag didn't look or present herself as a GM more like a scammer she showed no empathy for my complaints tried to overcharge me and I was told she does that alot with big groups don't leave your card on file beware!"

"Went to this hotel for a wedding my wedding turned out to be a Nightmare. Someone who was in charge of billing overcharged my cards my fiance's cards overdraft my Bank overdraft her bank and continued to do it Numerous times! Have turned the Matter over to my Attorney. My Recommendation is to CAREFULLY Check your Billing! This hotel only takes cards it does not take Cash. I have Contacted their Corporate Office. My Fiance Authorized "One" Charge on her Debit Card, but it was Repeatedly Charged numerous times. My Rate was supposed to be $129..00 a night, but much more was taken, and attempted to be taken from My Account, and My Fiance. Worst Experience Ever at a Holiday Inn!!"

"Not very happy with the check in. I am a silver member which really means nothing. When I checked in the attendant was in house shoes and a blanket, but it took several minutes for her to get to the desk because she had her young (3-5 years) with her at work!! During the check in process she had to leave the desk from me to attend to her son. I am fully understandable about the challenges of childcare however, you should NOT keep your child at work. Furthermore he as there throughout my stay!! I had to wait for service several times so she could attend to her son. I was out smoking a cigar and witnessed several guests trying to check in and having to wait until she was done taking care of her child care duties that apparently took priority from her job. I travel for business and will NOT stay here again!"

"So we stayed here a few weeks ago because my son had a football game in this area. Check in and check out was a breeze,and the lady at the front desk was pleasant and approachable. The room were spacious and clean. I Love that it have both a fridge and a microwave. The hotel is close to various shopping centers and restaurants so we didn't have to go far to get something to eat which is a plus in my book. The hotel is quiet so I have no complaints. I will stay here again if we have to come back to this area."

"Overall the place was nice, the staff was very pleasant and the location was great for what we needed. The ONLY thing I didn't like and I guess it has changed over the years with not being able to keep help was my room wasn't cleaned and I stayed two nights. I do enjoy getting in my bed made up and it's nice letting someone else do it when you're not at home. I asked the front desk and was told it's only if you stay three or more nights."
