"The rooms that are advertised Online are "NOT" the room that you get. This hotel is in the process of Renovation, The rooms are like motel 6 or worse, and you pay in advance and No Refund. The staff for the hotel Are Top Notch, but the Rooms are Misleading on the Website. Otherwise they would receive a FIVE STAR RATING."

"Simply the loudest hotel and I've stayed at a lot of places. Lots of road noise from main street, tires hitting a bump in the road, (you should request a room on the other side) and ridiculously loud neighbors. Now they were rude by playing music at 6 a.m. after coming in drunk at midnight the night before and that's not the hotels fault, but the walls felt very thin. We heard every word said in the rooms on each side of us (among other things). This place looks like a sleepy boutique hotel but it's not. We wanted a restful stay after running a 21k but that didn't happen. Shower only no bathtub. Beds were good, soft but firm. Hotel had a bar which was also loud but we could barely hear it on the 3rd floor. We heard a few screams or cheers over the night. Location is great near a lovely downtown. Walking distance to a few bars. Recommended if you are coming to party (nothing wrong with that might be me next time), not if you want a peaceful stay."

"The location was great for us as somewhere to stop on our journey. The town is very clean and interesting garden pieces to look at. The hotel decor was beautiful and spacious . Unfortunately it has new owners who are going to change it all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. Our room was by the road and we had traffic noise as the windows were not double glazed."
