"Driver delivered my package to wrong address. Allowed someone else sign. Theres no local number to call, when i call fedex customer service, they know nothing and are no help. Absolutely horrible customer service."
"We've lived at this house for 17 years and had more than 10 packages over the years that needed signatures...NOT ONE was delivered even though someone was here! I've always had to go pick it up at the Mauldin Rd location. I've missed days of work to wait for a new phone for me or one of my kids to sign for it, and we never get it. I hate to call out the driver for our route on here, but you seriously suck brother. I will be calling each vendor that uses FEDEX for shipments that require signing to ask them to use UPS or USPS instead. I can't believe there are so many one star reviews for this and nothing changes. FEDEX HQ - is anyone listening?!!"
"I was told my package could not be delivered because no one was home , I work from home and no one knocked or pressed my doorbell . I had been waiting on the package all day . No door tag was left or note saying anyone had been by."
"I am currently waiting for the fedex driver to drop my package off at a fedex drop off location in Belton. I called customer service and they told me to drive to Greenville to get it, that it was there. I drove over an hour and the package was NOT there. They called and talked with the driver who said he would meet me at the drop off location in Belton. I’ve been waiting now for 45 minutes and he still hasn’t shown. Costumer service wouldn’t even give the number to the location in Greenville. I ordered this two weeks ago, and it’s been saying it was being delivered that day for the last 4 days. It’s the ONLY present for my daughters birthday which is today and she is sitting in the truck with me waiting! Same thing happened for my other daughters wedding. Ordered cowboy hats from Greenville, almost a month before the wedding. I had to send my son to buy one the day before the wedding because they couldn’t find it. The hat arrived 2 weeks after she got married. Seriously y’all should shut the doors. Ground mail and UPS always gets my stuff to me and FedEx never does!!! I’m still sitting and waiting and he still hasn’t shown up. Costumer service is a joke just like this business! I’m so mad! My daughter is heartbroken so thanks a lot. In the future I will pay extra to NEVER have to use your service again. And to top it off, the lady said the reason the package hasn’t been delivered is because the driver has been on medication and can’t drive… #1. Supposedly he’s “driving” here. and #2. Why didn’t they put the packages on someone else’s truck. Also I will add, when I called the stupid 800#, the recording told me that they had the wrong address. I let the lady on Mauldin Rd Greenville listen to it and she said the address was correct. Then she told me that they tried to deliver it. Well that was nothing but a lie. The driver even said that he hadn’t tried to deliver it. I paid $600! $600!!!!!!!! And I can’t even get it!"
"Ordered a package and paid a premium to have the package delivered during evening hours so I would be home (5pm-8pm). They attempted to deliver the package at 12:55PM and I was not home to sign for it (hence why I paid the premium). I talked with Aaron and Stephanie at the Fedex customer service center who gave me two options: either go pick it up after the driver returned back to building or they would call the location and have them send the driver back to my address since I had paid for a specific service and did not receive it. They assured me there was no reason to go get it myself since they had spoken to this location personally and they said they would send the driver back to deliver it. The facility closed at 7:30PM and I called customer service back at 9:15PM stating I still hadn't received my package. The new representative told me that this location never sent the package back out and that it was going to be on a truck for delivery the next day. I am leaving the state and needed the package with me which is why I paid the premium for the evening delivery. Obviously this location, Fedex, and their customer service representatives have zero cares about charging people for services and not delivering on them regardless of how it affects them. I even offered to go and get the package myself before the location closed but they assured me they would have it sent back out to me tonight. The office is closed now and they never sent it back out for delivery. THANKS A LOT FOR STILL BE WORTHLESS FEDEX."
