"Always a positive experience here even though food prices have gone up the past few years. But the same has happened everywhere else, and at least here I know I'm getting quality, fresh chicken and food instead of hours old warmer meals."

"Worst chick Fila ever. Went for lunch and I understand it's always busy that time of day but I felt like I was at McDonald's. Very slow, was asked so many times for what I ordered and what name it was under. They didn't even say my pleasure. The girl at the drive-thru acted like she didn't want to be there."

"Just spent $46.00 passing through on a 10 hour road trip. My husband went in to pick up the food and use the restroom. I tried to enter to use the restroom when he came out but the doors were locked immediately. Thomas, a pleasant employee requested the door be unlocked for me at 9:05. The manager named Case wouldn't allow it. There were still customers dining inside and many employees still working. He said I could go elsewhere. He didn't apologize at all. Case was extremely rude to a long time customer!"

"Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in well over a year. Went inside and they took my order right away. Employees were friendly as usual and it was very clean. Had the nuggets and they're the same as I remember. Fries were a little soft and could have been cooked a little longer. All in all a good experience and would probably return again."
