I called in & spoke with Adam, the manager on duty who said he would be giving me a refund for the issue, I’ve waited the 3-5 business days & I still have not received my money. I’ve tried calling multiple times at different times to get the issue resolved & apparent no one’s ever able to help."
"Tonight I wanted a supreme pizza, and we all know no one does supreme pizza like Pizza Hut. So I googled the closest location which was the one on Woodruff RD beside the Fresh Market. I had never been to that particular location but I’m so glad that I did. Management was so kind and engaging. What’s more is that an employee seen me waiting took the time to stop and ask me if I had been helped. I was so impressed because now days you walk in some restaurants and you’re invisible. I’m so appreciative and never take good customer service and fresh food for granted. I’ll definitely visit this location more often."
"I ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas for my coworkers and got this thin pizza I called to get it fixed and the lady I spoke with said it's fresh dough and it would fluff in the box ! it's been a while now, no fluffing happening(which was a ridiculous lie) .. she should have replaced my order instead of making a sorry excuse for their mistake"
