Domino's Pizza 3031 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29611

"Be wary. We picked up our order in the store. BF said no one was wearing gloves or hair/beard nets. No one washed their hands between orders. It was hard to tell which sub was which, they weren't marked. Expected better quality."

"I ordered a medium pizza to be delivered and was told 30-45 mins. After an hour I called and they said they were backed up it was delivered 1:30 hours after ordering. When I opened the box, this is what I got (see pic). I looked on the dominoes website to see if I could share my customer experience, but there was not an option I guess it’s a good reminder why I have not bought a dominoes pizza for 4 years. I am willing to bet they won’t respond to this complaint"

"I ordered online a pizza with no garlic crust, luckily I was still in the parking lot when I decided to take a slice of the hot pizza box, it had garlic crust all over it. I went back inside and the young lady that was on the counter was kind enough to bake one right away after she apologized for adding the extra garlic stuff on my original order. Just like that she took control of the situation and made me a new fresh pizza. I definitely will order from this local store in the future. Thank you ladies (and the rest of the team in the back)"

"Pizza, cheese bread, brownies were delicious as always. I have to say that on this visit I was a little upset when I arrived at 4:50 my estimated pizza pick up time and my order was not ready. The gentleman, who I assume was the delivery driver at the window told me that only one person was working the line and they were backed up and that my order was going in next. When I picked the order up at 5:10 the other gentleman there was running the line by himself gave me my order and said have a great rest of your day. I figured if he could have a smile on his face with the working conditions he had to work with, I couldn't get that upset for having to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I got home my food was hot and delicious. So I chose to do as the gentleman suggested. Have a great rest of my day."
