"We love ordering out from this Pizza Hut. Their food is always well done & really good, & when we've had delivery, the drivers have always been nice. It's more convenient for pick-up or delivery, in my opinion, because their restaurant is small but the staff have always been nice."

"This was a bittersweet experience for me. The Cinnabon minis… omg wow those tiny little baby itty bitty Cinnabon swirls… yaaassss…. but the rest?? —>Never again will I order from there. I give two stars. It should be less but I’m practicing patience and forgiveness!! Here’s my story… take note of the + or - beside each note… ++Saw a lady on the elevator with a huge pizza box from Pizza Hut and was like heyyyy what’s that. She told me Pizza Hut got this big box with your choice 2/3/4 Pizza, pasta, wings, bread sticks cheese stick (OMG heck yea there’s 2 adults and 2 kids (3y&6m) I thought and she said pickup OR delivery)!! - wanted to order from DoorDash the big box and soda was almost $60 so I thought lemme see if it’s cheaper to order from the store) +Called the store and a man answered rather quickly! - As soon as he answered he said something I couldn’t understand then proceed to ask me to hold on. - he came back on the line, I asked if they did delivery (assuming he knew I was asking about a delivery driver being available to bring my food straight from the store) asked to hold on again. + I remember working in fast food places so I thought he was training and figured I’d give the kid a break. (Lloyd, Lauren, Lawrence, I seriously couldn't understand him) - when I had finally placed my order, given him the address, room number, card number the expiration date, CVV, zip and all that and hung the phone up, my phone read the call was almost 18 minutes!! I lost could of how many times he told me to hang on! -he said my order would be there in about thirty mins. seeing as how I’m literally right up the street (walking about 20mins car ride 3-7 depending on traffic and lights) I thought ok… maybe. -well, I got a text message from DOORDASH about my driver Benjamin, and the address of my delivery .i thought some guy or girl in a Pizza Hut shirt and hat would show up and let me sign my receipt and add a tip for the driver. (NOPE) -my address is soooo wrong I stay on chalmers rs and he had Thomas rd + so I contacted the driver who said “thanks for contacting me about the address man that actually happens all the time at this store” so we communicated and he got the right address. -&+ I watch him on the track app and he’s going everywhere but to my spot on the map. Ohhhh wait… that’s not my actual spot!! so he shows up (in a really beautiful car btw) and gives me my order but there’s no where for me to sign and leave a tip no way for me to get on the dasher app and tip him because it was all texts and I got no cash for a tip… I mean ugh and the way he said it’s ok it happens all the time just broke my heart!! -THEN to top it all off… it’s not even worth all the trouble!! The pizzas taste was almost like old dough maybe…. Like if you hand make the dough, it was in the fridge for too long… or if it’s frozen dough, its like it the box was open for too long and it was stale…(does that make sense?) +++ these lil mini Cinnabon rolls tho…. Omg!! These things are AMAZING!!"

"This was the most pitiful food we have ever gotten from Pizza Hut on Augusta Road. We ordered the chicken Alfredo with the cheesy breadsticks over $20 not including the tip. We got a couple of spoonfuls of dried out pasta with overcooked chicken. I actually had to add Alfredo sauce and cheese to it just to make enough for my husband to eat so I had to fix something separate for myself in order for us to have supper. The only good about the whole experience was the DoorDash driver. We have been faithful to order from Pizza Hut but I guess we will have to look elsewhere now our last few orders have been horrible."

"Pizza Hut off Augusta Rd always does a great job for us. Quality pizza, easy to order, and their drivers are always very polite and professional. Seems like a rare experience these days. I hope every has a similar experience."

"The manager is rude . I’m not sure of his name , I called this morning because I order last night after 10 & when I called last night the place was closed . A door dasher delivered the food, I ordered directly from the site & the food was just bad quality . The chicken pizza had sauce piled on super thick as if I asked for extra , the cinnamon bread looked awful , the sauce was piled on super thick as well & they were cold, and the cheesy bread sticks were like leftover bread sticks minus the cheese ! I called to talk with someone this morning after not getting an answer last night and the guy was rude and said he wasn’t doing anything about it because he made it …. I explained that I didn’t want a refund , just the order remade fresh . He hung up on me ! I’ll be reporting Pizza Hut to the BBB because why in the heck was the customer service awful after poorly made food ? Worse experience with Pizza Hut I’ve ever had . I’ve never eaten at this one but I sure will not again ! Here’s the food this morning , I was so hungry and clearly we couldn’t eat this!"
