Domino's Pizza

"Ordered online went to pick it up at the drive thru window. Sat at their drive thru window for about 20 minutes no one ever acknowledged me or even made an attempt to come to the window which was very rude."

"I love this place. They have promotions all the time to help me save on dinner. Their pizza is pretty good. I like the Brooklyn-style crust best. I don't like the sandwiches. I love the lava cakes. The drive-thru can be a tight turn to navigate and I wish it could be improved. The lobby is always closed so it's the only option for pick-up."

"The food would have been good except for the added onions to a order I didn't answer onions on. The order was simple pepperoni and sausage not purple any sausage and onions. And then they didn't cut my pizza I had to cut it myself. For that was another thing that my kids didn't like. Other than that great service great Staffing people and delivery food is not bad just get the toppings right!"

"It took 3 hours for Dominos to deliver my pizza! I ordered pizza through the Dominos app at 5:55 pm and the tracker said my order was complete at 7:50 pm but the pizza had not yet arrived. So I called the store to figure out the issue and they said the driver was still waiting for it to come out of the oven. They said the app was glitching when it said my order had already arrived (personally I think they prematurely marked the order complete to avoid bad metrics). It still took another HOUR for the pizza to arrive, it was a sloppy mess and barely even warm! They should at least offer a discount or something in these situations."
