"I made a last minute booking to stay here for a night through a 3rd party site. As I was checking in, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of $100 for a non smoking room deposit. Okay, no problem, just put it on my card. Well, they dont do that, its required in cash and I could use the ATM in the lobby to make the withdrawal. What kind of policy is that. I've never come across anything like that and I stay at hotels all the time. This is a sure way to lose your money because its a little hard to contest any issues that may arise without the back up of your credit card company. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the service and cancelled the reservation."

"Towels are so dirty and stained with brown stains upon check in! Couple had a big pit bull sleeping in the double bed room. The coupled argued and fought til 4am and the girl screamed help help somebody help me allllll early morning! Microwave didn’t work. Sheets had burn holes/stains in them. House keepers throw the hotels and sheets on the ground outside of hotel instead of in bins. This day it was raining so bad outside and the dirty towels/sheets from the room were on the concrete ground. They charged my bf card an extra $30 bc we spilled fruit punch on the room floor and he used ONE of their DIRTY UNSANITARY towels to clean it up. Says the towel was stained. $30 for one towel? When the towels need to be replaced and yal let big dirty dogs sleep in your hotel beds? Never again."

"Very nice front desk clerk. Everyone night and morning shift was outstanding. Very helpful. Friendly. Hot breakfast, the food was very fresh. Breakfast and room very clean. Even with me being in a smoking room as a non smoker had fresh clean smell. I got a smoking room for my Aunt who was with me. My brother also got room we were all very pleased and will definitely come back in needed while my father is in ICU down here."

"The front desk staff is friendly, rooms are decent! Thats about all! Crackheads and Thugs all around, so be careful! And just like the other reviews say "They take your money and kick you out for no reason". I got kicked out because they didn't have NO RUNNING WATER for a whole week! So of course I made a complaint because they already had my money, and sure enough they kicked me out because THEY DIDNT HAVE RUNNING WATER!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. But you get what you pay for, so I guess thats the best customer service they could give! No house keepers and someone drove into the wall, so there's a big whole in the building that they can't afford to fix! I'll be sure to let everyone know about my stay and not to stay at this establishment!"

"The rooms were very nice and clean. Was not disappointed in the rooms at all. Reason for not giving more stars is because I took my dog out to walk the next morning. Got back to the room and the phone rang. Lady from the front desk called and accused me of not telling them I had a dog, which I did tell them and they charged $20.00 extra, that I paid. She argued with me,basically saying that I lied. I kept telling her I was charged and have proof. She then kept saying that she was about to charge me the pet fee. Finally, I guess she looked on the computer and realized I did pay. Very disappointing to have to deal with first thing in the morning"
