"Following from prior review....I have a few pallets coming from France....now 10 days late and counting. These people are my "Delivery Agent" as I purchased DDP terms on purpose because all facets of importing are abusive on the best of days. I called to find out why my stuff is pigeonholed in Carteret, NY and of course the answer is, "Too bad for you" nobody really cares. But PLEASE don't ever assume that any broker/agent is any better than any other. I've dealt with 4 through the years and have never really seen great results. DDP at least puts all the onerous "trick me / f___ me" fees on the Shipper side of the equation."
"Unhelpful, not willing to answer questions or quote custom fees. I need to have some customs documents created for imported item . Stuff Custom Brokers do "We don't really do customs work if you are not already a customer." Debbie is terrible"
