"Fed Ex has a problem with coordination and communication. My package sat on a truck (according to their app) for 4 days. It was shipped back and forth from the hub to the drop-off location and never dropped off. The customer support team tried to figure out the issue, but did not speak directly to the local drivers. I finally posted on SM and got a local warehouse phone number to call. The issue was that the package was too large to be delivered to that designated drop-off location. What was entered in the computer was the package was at the wrong address. Everyday from Tuesday to Friday the package was delivered to that drop-off. I could not even change the delivery address!! Also the package was sign only so had I waited at home for delivery, according to the app, I would have not left the house for 6 days. The app said it was being delivered by end of day on Sunday. The updated to delivery on Monday and so on... UPS has got FedEx beat by miles."

"The drivers either don't pay close enough attention to our address or just don't care. Our packages go to our neighbors most of the time, we have even put signs up in both yards, but they still pay no attention to them. We do eventually get our packages but it would be nice to just have them delivered to the correct address at least most of the time."

"For years, every delivery from FedEx to my home address has been at least a day later than assured at the time tracking information is made available. At least two or three times a year, FedEx delivery drivers miss my clearly-numbered house. At least once a year, a driver comes to my house and delivers everything except one or two things, takes it back with him/her to the distribution center, won’t let me pick it up, and declines to come back out without permission from the shipper to confirm my correct address—the address that is already written correctly on FedEx tracking information, and the address for *my* residence, i.e., the place where I live, not the shipper."

"Very unsatisfied with FedEx today. I received a package I was expecting and waited for the delivery guy to bring it to the front door and realized box was left on the back of my truck and the box was open on the top side and ripped down the side. Poor professionalism by such a known company."
