"Their billing department is never available when they say they will be. They overcharged me and told me they would fix it and then help with a payment plan. Instead, without authorization, they charged my card the full amount without any warning. They are supposed to help with mental health but instead have caused me multiple panic attacks because all they care about is making as much money as possible off of you."

"iTrust has helped me confirm and refine some medications / doses. ALSO, they answer the phone immediately and that helps to schedule / reschedule as necessary as opposed to getting caught up in e-limbo (e.g., chat, auto-call, press 3, press 4, download our app, etc.) with no one to speak to or to confirm. Most recently, Carla answered the call and we rescheduled with ease due to a recent court conflict that came up, and even acted like we were part of a "community." Thanks iTrust."

"My experience here wasn’t great. I went for a few months and they drug tested me almost every time even though I’ve never had any issues with drugs. My psychiatrist told me that she wouldn’t prescribe my medicine if I ever used marijuana or anything. I thought this was odd considering I never had marijuana in my system, and telling me you won’t prescribe me medication I need to have to be able to function if I have any marijuana in my system is a little strange to me because I’ve never heard of a psychiatrist doing that. Also, they are super hard to communicate with. I called, emailed, texted, and wouldn’t get a response for days and weeks sometimes on things that were very urgent- like my medication being out of stock at certain pharmacies and needing it switched to a different pharmacy asap and them never getting back to me. You also can’t message your psychiatrist directly, you have to talk to receptionists who tell you they will relay your message but sometimes I’m not sure if they even do. To even talk to your psychiatrist for 2 minutes if you have a question- you have to make an appointment, which isn’t always ideal if you have a copay like I do. I stopped going here and started going elsewhere which has been a lot better. I can message my psychiatrist directly and she seems genuinely interested in my life. She also has never drug tested me and said she has heard multiple of her clients having issues with iTrust. I don’t recommend this place."
