"It's very unfortunate to say this. Most of the existing patients hav same experience which I hav. Personally Dr. Rana is friendly& gud. But her treatment is very bad. She keeps on doing unneccessary tests and will scare the patients. The scary thng is even though they maintain some internal portal to record patients history but she won't refer the test results and sometimes she will prescribe medicine thinking that the tests were not done. If you refer ur patient portal you can see ur test condition is abnormal eventhough it's normal. She justifies this statement by saying it's due to some internal records. Personally I reminded her 3 times about my wife's test results and then she realized what medicine she needs to prescribe. She is very confusing , plz consult this doctor only if u hav some medical knowledge else b ready to get scared."
