"I love My psychiatrist, but it is absolutely awful. Trying to get someone on the phone. This morning I called to let them know I Was sick and needed to do a TeleMed. Not only was I stuck on hold for a long time. They had me set to call me back and keep my place in line. No one ever called me back all three times I left my number I had to go to my appointment sick as a dog. I beg of you. please hire some more people to answer the phones locally. I’m sick of getting someone out of town Who knows about me. Psychiatry wonderful support staff not so much If you’re trying to get them on the phone. It’s a real shame."

"The psychiatrists seem to be good and the staff is very friendly - but getting through to talk to someone takes forever. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through to someone for both billing questions and scheduling issues. Additionally, they charged some questionable fees on my bill - I've never before been charged so much for a simple med check-in with any other psychiatrists. I spent hours trying to get through to someone about those questionable charges and have now been waiting 2 weeks and counting to hear back from someone about those questions. From what I gather, they are now a part of a larger organization (like everything these days it seems), so there has been confusion with them routing me through Augusta instead of Savannah and then sometimes I was routed to the local office instead of the main office - all of this confusion contributed to the incredibly long time I have invested in trying to get simple questions answered. After dealing with all of this for months, I am going to look for another psychiatrist. I don't normally write reviews nor am I a very picky person about these things, but I thought I should warn anyone looking into this practice."

"SAVE YOURSELF!!!!! Beyond a terrible experience consistently. Continually will leave the office well before 5pm (I have even attempted to correct their closing time here to accurately reflect the times they themselves told me they close at 4 and not 5). If there is any possible issue that may arrive you will be met with staff who huff and puff and sulk around doing the bare minimum but are more than happy to charge you for as much as they can. The psychiatrists themselves are not the problem however the rest of the entire location including the medication refill group will make sure things get done as slow and as expensive as possible. I have begrudgingly continued to do online appointments with them for 4 years out of laziness and business as a student but I strongly urge anyone who has the option and choice of going somewhere else to save themselves the hours and days of headaches with staff. The staff who wish to be doing anything other than help you and days possibly weeks without medication because the medication staff didn’t feel like coming into work that Friday (or any other reason) leave you helpless and at the mercy of the rules they won’t tell you about until they’re past due and can make you pay late fees or withhold medication as they didn’t seem it important to remind you of forms they needed filled out at any point prior. Even with conceding some of these points may be my own incompetence or misunderstanding their sole focus on cramming as many appointments into as many doctors as possible means they do not care about you and do not want anything but your money. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION This was written on a Tuesday at 4:30, where a call at 4:15 for the medication line routed me first to the new patient line at a different location, then to someone else at another location and then ended my call abruptly. And this not being the first time something like this has happened."

"The ladies in Savannah that I've spoken with and dealt with directly for my testing and otherwise have been so pleasant and thorough! They make sure you're comfortable and understand the process and put me at such ease!! My consult with Dr. Bochner was also cordial and informal ( but still professional )making it far less anxiety inducing than I expected.Great experience thus far!! Thanks so much!!"
