"They were referred by another counselor but not sure why. The receptionists are rude and seem inconvenienced with you calling trying to get an appointment. They originally told me that they had one counselor he would see children took down all my information and told me they had an appointment for late November I tried to call them back today with the insurance information they needed and was told not only did they not actually schedule the appointment but that they now mysteriously don’t have anyone who will see children."

"I’ve been seeing Maria for a few months now, and I’m so thankful to her. She’s been able to help me sort out some of my problems and look at life from a clearer perspective. I’m so grateful for going to her. Going to therapy can be hard, but going to talk to Maria is 110% worth it. Also, everyone in the office is accommodating and it’s alway super quick and easy to set up and schedule appointments."

"So far, our experience has been amazing with this office. Maybe they read some of the past reviews and made changes to their operations. I had no problem getting an appointment and they have been really great working with us to avoid missed school time. My daughter has had 4 appointments and I can tell a huge difference in my daughter. Appointments start on time, something lacking in many other doctor's offices. We have not had a single appointment cancelled by their office."

"This office is very unprofessional from the management now to the workers in the office. I was going there as well as my children the office will call and cancel appointment stating that the doctors wouldn't be there and when you schedule other appointments they would then call you a couple days prior or not even call you at all and if you show up to the office and say your appointment was canceled for not showing up. I have left multiple messages with this office previously the manager giving me a call back who leaves early in the day never calls you back never handles the situation at hand. I wouldn't recommend that office for children adults anybody until they learn the meaning of professionalism and correct appointment keeping. Myself personally I've been stopped going to see them for me but I did like my child's doctor until I was called and informed that my children had missed too many appointments therefore they were canceled for their next appointment when they didn't miss any. Their office staff needs a training course and professionalism and documenting correct information. You should not be put down for a no-show appointment if you call me to cancel because you quote on quote state that isn't going to be there or my kids won't be able to make it to the appointment schedule it shouldn't be put in as them not showing if I canceled and rescheduled."

"Very unprofessional. I was scheduled an appointment, waited a month to be seen. My appointment was cancelled 2 business days prior. I was told that I was being dropped from services (before I had even started) because I had previously cancelled (with 24hrs notice) my initial appointment. Why make me wait a month to let me know? It also took me weeks to get an initial appointment because I could not get anyone to call me back. I left several messages, asking specifically for a therapist that offers EMDR. I was given the run around, until I obsessively called the office every single day. Don’t waste your time with this office. If someone doesn’t want your business, move on. I wish I would have."
