"Zero room for error. After being in and out of therapy for 18 years, I have never encountered a therapist’s office with such an unforgiving cancellation policy. I got a call 25 minutes after my first appointment was supposed to have started, reminding me of said appointment. Front desk said, “you probably won’t be able to get here in time…” which I hastily agreed to since the whole reason I was late in the first place was because of something going on with my two toddlers. I then received a bill for a session that never happened. A “reduced rate” since I missed it, but still. If I had been told specifically, “you will be charged $X for not coming in today,” you bet I would have found a way to make it in for the last 15 minutes of my session, especially since sessions were supposed to be covered by EAP. Even better, don’t wait 25 minutes to call people and tell them they’re late. Especially first time clients. Have a better policy. 5-10 minutes, Canterbury Counseling."

"Nicole Felko was supposed to be counseling me and my daughter in hopes of making our relationship stronger instead she defamated my character and put negative thoughts into my daughter's mind making matters worse. I suffer from depression and anxiety and as only a social worker she suggested to my daughter that I was borderline personality disorder. At one point when I was very disappointed in my daughters lack of support in an emergency situation Nicole supported my daughter for not helping me having advised my daughter to maintain only a surface relationship with me her mother. As a result of Nichols lack of professionalism and courtesy my daughter and I are more distanced than ever."

"Emily Odom is the most unprofessional counselor I have ever met. She fired me as a client over a few necessary cancellations, and then turned around to say that she was not qualified to treat me in the first place. Why did she waste 6 months of my time if she knew she was unqualified? She terminated me right before she went on vacation and left me without references or help for 6 calendar days - this is time that I could have been actively seeking better and more proficient help. I am sickened by her actions and strongly advise that anyone who is considering her to consider another choice, as to protect themselves from a lot of run around and emotional turmoil."
