"The female white cashier said they do not accept cash refund returns on lights even when it was not used in the box and with a receipt paid with cash from a day before. Def not handicap accessible, couldn't move my mobility scooter throughout the store when it's already a extremely compact only weighting 75 lbs I have never had an issue in any other store with it, not even a wheelchair could make it through to look at belly rings so I went to hot topic instead. Also a short black security guard inside Spencer's was very rude approached me with rude face and asked if my mobility scooter was for handicap needs and never apologized for his behavior. I have 7 spinal cord injuries, VERY OFFENSIVE. I could have a lawsuit on this. I do not plan on purchasing anything else from this store. The manager over security was told about the incident from an employee and chased me through the mall to apologize. So thankful for kind hearted ppl."

"Just went there for some gauges. Most employees are knowledgeable. Definitely not a place to be buying "toys". Over priced and cheaply made. Looking for a wand? Check out Amazon. Works better and saves $$$"

"These people are a joke, just bought a back pack not even 10 minutes and daughter decided not to want went to return with receipt paid cash. They saying they can only put the $80 on 2 gift cards due to Covid. They had no issue they took my cash but wouldn’t give back. None of the employees even had mask on. Like you guys have to be joking. They don’t believe in Covid only to act like it when they have to return my cash back."
