Macy's 3450 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA 30909

"Macy's will always be a store than I love, but this time was a bit disappointed. Went to return a couple pairs of slippers. Got to the shoe department, the cashier was speaking to another lady, she smiled at me - continued on with her... conversation went on between them, and on, then she ran off to show her something else.... I waited, and waited... Another person asked if I was being helped, said I think so... she hollered out to the hiding cashier... Who walked back did my transaction - She wasn't as sweet and kind as I have experienced in the past with other departments. Maybe a bad day on her part... Not sure, but it cut my shopping down to nothing, due to the time element. Hope her days go better now."

"I'm only giving 3 stars for my visit simply because I was greeted today by a pleasant associate walking in the door and the store had some very good deals today and styles that I liked. Then once I finally found a checkout where there was an associate there was a problem with the customer in front of me and then when I finally got to the counter I kept refusing to open a credit card with Macy's after everytime I was asked and that got annoying. I didn't need a store credit card to pay for items that came up less than $20.00 and sky high interest on a card I can only use at Macy's. There's no point in it. Very aggravating trying to explain that it isn't something I would like to have. Ugh!"

"I got my chest contoured to better accentuate my taco meat. They escorted me off the property for speeding. Said I was bringing sexy back too quickly."

"Had a Furniture store, was a good amount of furniture. Sales associate with glasses wasn't too nice nor did she greet us. She was assisting someone but a hello, I can help you as soon as I can would of been nice. Instead looked annoyed at us. We wanted a sectional that was right in our price range which was 2700. Looks like we will have to go to another macys elsewhere because customer service is what closes matters as well."

"I am sitting in Macy seating area and write this review. I got more than I expected today with the sales man in the photo. I picked up a man’s underwear pack but it is not my color. I talk this salesman the color I prefer, he told me he would help looking for it in the warehouse. Finally he found what I was looking for! Thank you, this Gentleman for your best customer service I have ever had and thank Macy. This is an Macy store in Augusta Mall in Augusta Georgia!"
