"Well the store didn't have carts in the aisle like the one on Windsor Spring Rd. The only issue I had was they didn't have shopping carts, purchase a few items had to put them down and go back to get my other items. The MAIN issue is the PARKING LOT needs to be redone pot holes everywhere."
"Bad Customer Service. The Cashier Walk Away From Her Register, she said to go say hello to her uncle that was outside, "Outside". I the customer had to wait several minutes for the cashier to come back in the store to get cashed out; neither did she communicate with her coworker so she can know that she left out the store. In my view point this was a great opportunity for a robber to do easily rob the store......just because you're in the country doesn't mean you let your guard down.....they need customer service training. Event Brite has lots of free customer service training."
"The store had several pallets of unpacked merchandise blocking off the entire center isle were all the electronics were and I needed a speaker for my cell phone. No one offered to help I was told to go to another store or come back tomorrow I don't have transportation to another Family Dollar or come back tomorrow. So I will not be back to Family Dollar and will go to Walmart and spend the $25 to $30 on a speaker with them. This is one of the many reasons smaller retailers are having to close their doors and Wal-Mart gains more business. It's a shame that they felt it necessary to block the most expensive items in the store so costumers can't purchase them."
"The store is very cluttered and out of a lot of stuff but I the manager there is a very good one. She stands up for her employees and won't put up with no disrespect towards them as I witnessed tonite! I was very proud of her! The management needs to take notice of how she handled this situation."
"The cashier Lincoln was nice. The manager wouldn't come up front to help him with the line. People was coming in the STORE and walking back out. He was moving as fast he could. You can just the door at back store keep chiming. It sad when you the manager and CEO don't care about the customers."
