Family Dollar

"In general the girls working are awesome but the store is a bit disorganized and very often do not have the weekly sales prices indicated on the shelves! Sodas lacking in variety especially without zero sugar or diet versions! Too many products with "probably" slow turnover rate cluttering up valuable shelf space! That being said would rather have Family Dollar around the corner than a normal convenience store! Just wished they had a fresh beverage section with coffee, fountain soda and fresh daily eatery "snacks"! Could be like a SUPER 7/11, CIRCLE K, or RACEWAY just no gas!"

"I wish I can put a -0 for this store. We have been coming to this store location. Since 2018. Not once did we ever make a complaint about the rude customer service or how some of the managers be outside more than they inside. But today on Mother’s Day I send my son and daughter in law in to buy foil around 2:15pm. Mind you my family has been in there multiple times, spoke to this certain manager and all. My son and daughter in law got accused of stealing. She banned them from The store with no proof or don’t even have their ID on file. Like I want someone to reach out to me to solve this matter. Because that manager needs to do her job before start accusing. She also don’t need to be a manager anymore. If they stole something why didn’t she call the police and do a report? She told my kids that she should have been pressed charges, and all that. If that’s how she felt then she should have been did her job if they really stole something. I sends money with them and we even have proof with receipts within this week passed showing they pay for their stuff. Not a happy customer"

"Customer is good there. They try to be quick and keep store majority of the time clean. Just tight spaced within store. But overall good experience there."

"Upon coming into family dollar I wanted to return some items. The employee stated that she can’t return my items because I used coupons which is false. I returned back to the store same employee was very rude telling me that she didn’t want to return them because “it’s to much work and that I can go to a different store” Another employee Angie was actually willing to help, didn’t give any backlash nor attitude. I appreciate her help."
