They also seem to have an issue with racially profiling certain individuals and I find that absolutely disgusting and appalling . You can shop at forever 21 and get better quality clothing and customer service!"

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! After my experience I looked at the reviews and noticed a trend. I went into the store when I found some items to try I was told to leave my shopping bag at the counter. I was okay with it but when I came out it was completely exposed sitting on top of the counter not behind. One of the items I tried was torn and missing several rhinestones. I brought it to their attention and retrieved my bag. I bought a top but after walking to another store realized the return policy on the receipt. I went back minutes after I discovered the « no return policy » to see if I could be granted the return since I literally just bought it. I was told no by a young girl allegedly named Asia. Since I was traveling the next day I wouldn’t be able to return it right away. I mentioned that I was going to be gone for several weeks beyond the return period. Her Asia’s response was « if the item didn’t work that I could bring it back for store credit only ». That she « would honor it » because she « would remember me » and I needed to « speak with her ». I left with the confidence that I was dealing with a professional business who would uphold what was said. After I returned I brought the top, unworn, tag still on, completely as purchased since it did not work with the other items. I recognized Asia but as she saw me told me to speak with another young lady. Upon explaining that I was there for a return for store credit as promised the young lady stopped me and said it was not possible. I then turned to Asia who then proceeds to tell me it was past 10 days and she was not able to do the transaction. I asked to speak with the manager whose name she gave as Kim Sung but the number when I called was to a cell in the store. I went back asked when would the manager be back they said they weren’t sure but gave a date. Both interactions with this store/employees was extremely unprofessional, and flat out Asia lied. To add insult to injury she tells me that I should’ve taken the store credit the first time. Buy at your own risk."

"I Would never ever shop there again… I bought an outfit saturday New Year’s Eve the whole outfit ripped I wear a small the outfit was a medium ! Went to the store the next day which was January 1 less than24 hrs for a exchange they don’t do refunds …. and was told I couldn’t exchanged the outfit …that I didn’t even get to wear … tag was still on clothing I spent $50 on something I couldn’t even wear do the cheap material .. I would never spend my money in there again"
