"The resort is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are great. However, they dropped the ball when it comes to customer service. I would stay again but I wouldn’t waste a cent on any of their amenities. Our experience with the service at the Fish House was so bad we chose to go elsewhere even though our stay included a complimentary breakfast. The evening/night shift hotel staff were very uninformed and, while polite, were very frustrating to deal with. Ex: we arrived late in the night and it took 30 min to check-in because they were casually chatting with another guest, we were provided incorrect information regarding on-site amenities, and overall just didn’t have a sense of urgency so you had to be prepared to wait."

"The hotel is fantastic! My husband and I came to celebrate our 18 years of marriage and the experience was amazing!! the room was beautiful with a spectacular view! Very clean and organized. Cleanliness is something we strive for in a hotel! We loved the room decor! There are great pools that we weren't able to enjoy due to the cold, but we want to go back in the summer to enjoy them better! The hotel is one of the Water Taxi points, which means that guests have transportation every hour for a trip around Dowtown. Which makes the stay even more attractive! We love!"

"Gorgeous hotel with upscale accomodations. The grounds and rooms are impeccable. Everything is well maintained and brightly decorated with a very nice coastal theme. There are restaurants on site, a little shop and multiple pools and a hot tub. Our deluxe room has a fabulous view of the marina and pool area. I would highly recommend this resort hotel."

"This was our first time staying at The Beach Club & definitely won't be our last! It's absolutely gorgeous & pure luxury. The staff was so friendly & helpful, our room was so nice & upscale, the pool was amazing & the location was perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about this resort. We went for 2 nights for our anniversary and the guest services employee when we checked in was so sweet & personable. I wish I'd gotten her name because she is truly an asset to the resort"
