"I took off from work to be told my kid can’t be seen due to no physical insurance card not to mention they had copies of the insurance card sent over from her primary care doctor of the cards and everything they needed and when I spoke to the receptionist I told her I don’t have the physical cards but I can get you what you need until I get them now knowing I don’t have the cards why would you schedule her an appointment and make me miss work when you knew I had no cards when all you had to say was no cards no visit over the phone"

"Just started my son here and so far the admins at the front desk have been respectful and welcoming. The ST we see is great. Clean and nice environment. Everyone seems to be friendly and professional. Only suggestion would be to add a little more diversity in the photos in the lobby."
