"Walking into the store as soon as it had opened and the store looked as if it was the end of the day from Black Friday. The young cashier from this store number 82051 at register 001 was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Her cashier number is 3899025 unless she’s working under another cashier number but When I walked in to the store I greeted the cashier and asked her a question about returning items from another store, she didn’t greet me back and she answered with a nasty attitude. I asked her how her day was and told her she should smile in this business of customer service,, she gave a blank stare and I said well ok. After exchanging my items she proceeded to ask if I wanted to apply for credit to see if I would get approved, I told her no it’s fine I know I would get approved, I’ didn’t need anymore credit. She then said you might not get approved, I said my credit is great. Thank You… but the older lady walking around had a nice attitude and was very pleasant and helpful. Management need to regulate customer service at this location and many surrounding areas in the Richland County."
"When I was checking out, the lady mentioned having 30% taken off of my purchase. I asked her how long the process would be? She said only about 5 minutes. When I got to the part about my social, I hesitated because no one has required my social. After proceeding, she told me that it did not go through. I told her it's okay because I didn't trust the whole social thing anyway. As soon as I get in my car, I see a hard inquiry on my credit report. Remind you even while going through the process, the employee was rushing me and not explaining anything. She could barely look me in the face while speaking. When I called and questioned about the situation, she had an attitude and nonchalant attitude. I wish I remember her name because she is very unprofessional."
"I will never order from here again I placed an order online Dec 10 and put that I would pick up the item's in the store well I never received an email to tall me that my order was ready for pick up so I called them today and they said the order was cancelled....I said well I would like to know who cancelled it because I didn't and she said the store cancelled it because we didn't have any of the items in the store so I asked for the corporate office number they gave it to me I called them and well I never spoke to anyone and the computer hung up on me several times. I use to love children's place but they will not get another penny of my money."
"Just was had the worst experience at Children’s Place in Sandhill was with the manager Kathy. As much as I shop there the entire situation was horrible. The cashier with two pony tails made me not want to go back to that location as much as I am in the store. By the way Kathy it was showing returned because your cashier with pony tails scanned all the items in before I found my receipt to tell me how much a shirt cost. I guess when she did that it was actually going in as a return."
"Poor Customer Services. I was standing in line and there was a man in front of me getting a refund on his credit card which took forever. Let me tell you I was behind him for approximately 10 minutes . Another customer just got behind me. The manager I assume or another employee. Light skin lady with blonde hair says to the customer behind me. I'll take you next. The customer said no she's be in line way longer then me. The employee said. She will be alright. No I want. I'm spending over $200.00 in your store and this is how they are acting. Finally after Approximately another 10 minutes the cashier completed the refund on the credit card. This young lady was very nice that ring me up. But that manager/employee needs to adjust her attitude. This was my second time at this location and my last. The last time which was around August the same employee/manager had an attitude with another customer over a return. She might have been having a bad day. But not every day. I'll just go back to online shopping."
