"Mediocre retail store. It's a giant flea market. You can't look for anything specific... because the merchandise constantly changes. Some prices are good, some not so much. It's a roll of dice in there. But you can find random good things. Store is always unorganized and cluttered. I still occasionally shop there. Not all of the stores have the same items either."

"Nice place. Clean, organized. Wide range of useful, needed, and a definite bargain. Bought a few toys for grandkids, a new tie out for the dog, and some dust collectors. Checkout was met with a smile and good conversation. We left with a smile."

"One of my favorite places to go for certain household items. The staff is always friendly and the manager is a nice guy. He looks a little unapproachable but he's always polite and very helpful! It's a great place to shop on a budget and usually a good deal. You may not find the same things twice. I try to stock up on those kinds of items but the store is neat and clean and always stocked!"

"Found the items I wanted to purchase. The cashier was friendly and informative. She carefully explained the Rewards system offered by Ollie's. I appreciated her taking the time to do so. However, the negative side was that the Rewards program required seeing my drivers license (no, not needed). Especially when I usually provide a name & email address only. Another downer was that the items purchased were covered in dust residue. We barely, I mean hardly ever shop at Ollie's, but I will return for additional purchases as the prices seem reasonable."
