"Sold high end clothes and shoes with some tags and I received change back compared to what my items was worth. This store charge $7.00 to place your items in their store and they take 60% as their share for selling your items. Biggest Rip off ever. I was under the impression that Revente take was much less. They just lost a valuable customer because every clothes item I put in sold!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I Woudn't give any stars but I had to put one in order for the system to allow me to post!"

"Revente is such a wonderful gem located right in the middle of 5points. They have a pretty good collection and their stock changes quite frequently. I found a great quality dress for less than $20 and it’s such a hit at work. I highly suggest taking a peak for your fall collection."

"Store looks organized but seems a bit hodge podge for the attitude and rules required for consignment. Get a professional steamer and get your staff to do a little extra work instead of missing out on potential customer opportunities, clothing and accessories. Building relationships instead of pushing them away is dated and very Pretty Woman. There wasn’t enough high end merchandise, merchandised well enough to sustain that attitude."

"I have bought several items online in the past and was very satisfied. Unfortunately my most recent experience wasn’t great. I bought a dress online and immediately received a receipt showing the charge to my credit card and a note stating that they would text me when my item was ready for pickup - usually within 24 hours. I waited for 2 full days with no notification. I called the store this morning to see if it was ready and was told that the dress had been sold in store at the “exact same time that I bought it online”. I was told that my credit card was refunded. If that story is true, at the very least they should have called me to let me know. Poor customer service in my opinion."
