"According to the gentlemen with long hair at the front desk with no understanding of the quality promise program he believes I should pay 140$ for lulu pants every 3 years. Pants began to come undone at the seam in which I requested an exchange because I have 3 of the same pants that have not done the same. He could not tell me an actual timeline of replacement and could not answer any follow up questions. Have shopped at lulu for 10 years and may look elsewhere."

I tried to return a pair of leggings that I bought a week ago, tags still on etc and was told that I could only get a store credit, even though I had the receipt, etc. The young girl that waited on me could care less. So I have a $100 store credit for a store that I will NEVER buy from again. I asked if she could just give me my money back & she said I don't make the ruled. Well heads up Lululemon you suck!!!"

"Raul the Manager seemed more interested in his cell phone that actually calling the next customer in line. We waisted nearly 30 minutes waiting to be called in line. Raul had a poor attitude helping the line as a cashier and he was the only cashier. He acted line he owned the store. Felt unwelcomed, obviously."
