"Very clean rooms. The front desk staff has gone out of their way to help me out with anything I might need. I would stay here again."

"Pros: staff very nice, and helpful. After accidentally putting us in a room that someone had clearly been in without their knowing we were quickly put into another clean room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Cons: even though there is a note posted for guests not to be outside their rooms after 11 being noisy and disruptive...we called front dest at 130 am because these people wanna stomp so loud outside it wakes u up, talking extremely loud, back and forth. They say they will handle it. It is now 4am and yet again being woke up to the same. Clearly it wasnt handled. Bathtub was extremely tiny but thats managable. Pieces of flooring tearing up in several spots. Had the inconsiderate, disrespectful idiots been outside it may be would have been at least decent. But wont be coming back"

"Very clean and accommodating. Quality and value for the money. It is very close to a lot of local restaurants as well. The front desk associate, Andrea, was very nice and helpful. We had a slight problem with hot water, but they responded very fast and we were up to speed quickly. It was just a timer issue. All the folks that we engaged with there were very very nice and efficient. We had the opportunity at the last minute to go to the masters and this location was perfect. We would stay there again."

"The property is updating it's rooms to a much better style. Comfy beds. Great water pressure. Quiet surroundings while in room(considering the busy area). But, there is one thing that stands out. THIS PROPERTY HAS RULES FOR ALL GUESTS. When checking in. You are greeted with a sign of endless fines for all sorts of things and one of these rules prohibits the allowance of guests after 11pm. Which I find unreasonable and unnecessary seeing guests pay to stay there and what if they wanted to have friends come over or while they stay in town and enjoy the city. The property has cameras at every angle to record any violators and the pricing starts at 20$ per guest found not on check in list. I understand the consideration for other guests but not even a top hotel would have this ridiculous rule. It seems to be the rules of the manager of the property for they seem to live in the hotel; And not directly associated with the company themselves. Which I see as a turn away for any guest wanting to check in to this property. If the manager/owner doesn't like that his business has guests coming at different times of the night, then he chose the wrong business to manage and run. WHAT HOTEL CHARGES FOR GUESTS OF PAYING CUSTOMERS AS IN A FINE AT CHECKOUT!?"

"We arrived late after 11PM, the desk man went the extra mile with us. He even gave us a tour of the newly renovated motel, which was in good taste. The new beds were very comfortable and the hardwood floors were certainly unexpected. I would have felt safer if there had been more than just a deadbolt lock on the door. The prices were very reasonable. Try Econo Lodge and I believe you will enjoy your stay."
