"Find another hotel. This one is full of crackheads and extreme suspicious behavior. Your vehicle is not safe there and you are not safe there. People screaming all hours and banging walls and doors. Worst experience ever!!!"

"Made a reservation for 4 days got my itinerary went to check in to be told there are no rooms available. Why take the reservation if you can't reserve the room. Was told maybe I can reserve a regular motel 6 room not the studio I reserved with a new reservation. No thank you."

"Whew! Where should I start? I want to start with the front desk people like Dayshia, they were friendly and very accommodating. The first room we checked into was horrible and was filthy so we asked to switched rooms, we were given room 150 which was clean and comfortable. No complaints about the room we were in, the people in the room over us would occasionally stomp like elephants but it was manageable. The down part about this place is the manager, she is a horrible individual and does not know how to take accountability. So I have been staying at this hotel for over 1 week and have been making my payments every morning faithfully with no problem until today happened. My fiancee went to process a payment to extend our stay but was told that he can't make payment since his name wasn't on the room, we didn't see a problem with that so he call me to come down to authorize him on the room and process the payment. The only issue is she had already processed the payment and assigned it to room 105, 105 is not our room number at all. She claimed my fiancee told her room 105 and he said no he didn't, I was in the room at the time so I couldn't say what did or didn't happen. The manager told me she couldn't transfer the payment to our room 150 but she processed a refund which would take a few days to reverse. Long story short she gave us 1 hour to come up with another payment even though she applied the first one to the wrong room, never empathized or anything. Regardless of what happened, she never verified the room number or name of the person on the room before she processed the payment. She is still at fault! Long story short, I checked out and have a room at a nicer establishment booked. Will not be back! Contacted corporate and they called the front desk only for her to deny helping as well by the way. Trash experience with horrible management"
