"Office manager Rosie was very rude when I asked questions about the month long wait time for my son to be seen. I am new to Greenville and wasn't expecting this much animosity when it came to finding my son a new pediatrician. I was told that "this is the country" and it is nothing like where you're from. I was also told my son cannot be seen at this office because I mentioned that I was confused about their process and needed help with filling out the forms. When calling the office upon receiving the email that my son cannot be seen at the office I called in and the office manager pretended like she wasn't the person who used discriminatory language to me until finally saying she was the one who spoke to me last. She claims that she will not be able to approve my application because I hung up in her face and she cannot allow me to be seen. I asked if she was the doctor and she claimed she is not but she didn't want to go back and forth with me. She is extremely unprofessional and has something against clients who receive Medicaid. I would beware of this place be very careful with what you say or any questions you may ask."

"Dr Calixte herself is amazing. Unfortunately her office staff is an absolute joke. You can never get anyone on the phone, takes days and they never call back on their own. Cannot get anything taken care of in a timely manner, they will just close and tape a sign to the door whenever they feel like, with no other notification. Today I needed to go pick up shot records, called ahead to make sure they weren't randomly closed, then drove over. Then stood at the counter and waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I do not recommend this office at all."

"This place is a joke. How could you possibly get a medical record ..when my child doesn't get sick that much, only went to doctor for well visit and then you want me to come in and get paperwork instead of emailing. No thank you. I will pass"

"Dr. Calixte has been treating my children for awhile and she’s absolutely phenomenal, we could not ask for a better pediatrician. She takes her time to get to know your child and cares about their overall well being. We followed her to Kids Choice and it has been amazing. Would highly recommend!"
