"I have stayed here numerous times. It's OK for the price. Room was clean. Everything OK this also"

"Roaches. Faulty electrical that looks shoddy. Nasty floors. Stained everything. Questionable people. Poor drainage in tub, you stand in water. Don't respect requests to not clean room. Had people playing basketball, what it sounded like at midnight above on the 2nd floor. Window curtains don't close all the way. Computer chair belongs in the dumpster. Nasty counter tops. Stains all over the ceiling. Fridge and microwave was nasty and had a gross grease coating. Blood stains on the bathroom door. WILL NOT be coming back to another hotel of this name. I didn't feel comfortable nor clean staying there."

"There's a reason that it's half to cost of other hotels in the area. That being said, if you are just needing a place to spend the night without any frills, this is a safe, clean place to do so. It's also within walking distance to almost all of downtown Augusta and the river walk area. The continental breakfast and the pool are advertised but not available."

"Worst hotel experience ever! I ended up paying twice for the same room ! And so I got cheated out of $83.52 which I booked the reservation for online via credit card. However once I arrived inn personnel said he did not see the reservation. So I paid him cash for a room. My credit card was still charged for the booking and I paid cash for the same booking. They don't refund which is the biggest downside of this place. He should have atleast canceled the online booking. I very disappointed about this and do not recommend this place at all. They only care bout taking your money."

"Staff was kind. I'll say that much. I try not to be too entitled and I realize people are people. Check me in and out and I don't care if you're on your phone or don't say hello to me. But the room and the stay was awful. When we arrived to our room, it smelled like someone had smoked in there just moments ago. The surfaces were sticky or had a lot of dust. The bathroom floor had bugs on it and the walls in the bathroom had footprints and handprints. Our pillows and towels had stains on them. The TV was inexplicably unplugged (no big deal, I'lll just plug it back in) but it was weird that it wasn't caught during cleaning. There was a pair of glasses left on the counter. The furniture in the room was splattered by paint or not cleaned or broken. Outlets didn't work. Trash everywhere, even right outside the room. When we left in the morning, there were houseless individuals sleeping right outside the rooms. I've not been there in over 12 hours now and I can still smell the room on my clothing. My wife and I opted to sleep on top of the covers and not touch any parts of the bed we didn't have to. We toughed it out, it was for one night, but if we go back to Augusta any time in the future, we're definitely not using this hotel."
