"Very inept staff. Noone knew how to use their EMR system. Needed labs drawn, ended up having to go to another lab because they could not get the blood draw. Argued with me about whether or not I was supposed to enter my info prior to arrival when I gave them the printout from their site that said I did not need to. Most were friendly enough but took 3.5 hours to get a physical done that should have taken no more than an hour."
