"Call all week two days could not get anyone to answer the phone 2 times they were supposed call me back no one call back . One day they put on hold for over 30 minutes then they disconnected me. Today since I had pacemaker wanted me to call the company that made the pacemaker and ask them . Number they gave me was wrong. Been with them 23 years never seen anything like this thinking getting an attorney. I just discussed with them I liked Dr Rathbun. I am very angry"
"They never answer their phone , it will take several calls to get thru to them, we have left messages asking for someone to call us back about test results for my 79 yr old mother and myself with no one calling us back.. we set up appointments with another heart Dr and saw him to even get any information about the tests. Which the new Dr immediately set my mother up for procedures to be done at the hospital! The Dr put in the notes that he reviewed the results and would talk to the patient about having procedures done and NEVER DID , never even had a nurse call with information. When asking for someone to call me back about my test results and leaving a message every day or every other day I was told that they were busy , then she told me the Dr never reviewed the test results, which wasn’t true because it lists the date and time the Dr reads the results, and we let them know that. I drove 50 miles to get a copy of one of the test results they told me they had on the phone to be told when I was there that they didn’t have time to give me a copy of my own test results, that they have the actual test paper copy and have to have it looked at by someone in the office and then entered into their computer themselves… I told them I needed the results to take to another heart Dr. After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes the office manager came out to tell me they won’t give me a copy of the test results I then asked her how many weeks it will be before they “ have time to do this “ ? I would save yourself a lot of frustration by going to a Different heart doctors office before going to this one … one that answers their phones , or calls patients back when they’re informed of patient developing new symptoms and high blood pressure, and being put on medications for that , or even being admitted into a hospital, this office does not seem to care about actual patients. We have found another Dr and practice that actually cares and will never go back to this one"
"Forget calling to make an appointment at Cardiology associate of Savannah Ga. I have called for 2 days to schedule an appointment with my doctor for a 6 month follow up. The phone just rings and rings They do not have phone set up to request a call back. I first thought they closed for the Holidays. I checked their website and it shows open until 5:00pm. Making appointment online should be easy. It’s not,so didn’t do that In my humble opinion, they need EPIC MY Chart like Memorial Hospital. Making an appointment on My Chart is user friendly. This isn’t first time no one answers their “communication line.”"
"I’m writing this to hopefully save someone the time of day, since we’ve waisted two months with this office. We originally went to get a second opinion on an echocardiogram my partner had done. We were told on our first visit that they were having trouble getting the echocardiogram from the first cardiologist we saw, so we didn’t receive an answer. Today after waiting another month to see her & to get an answer, Dr Hanna informs us that the request form they use is not being accepted by the first cardiologist & that we would need to show up in person and request the records ourselves. My partner calmly asks why we didn’t get a phone call to let us know sooner, because we could have went and requested the records in that time frame we were waiting rather than have us show us to a whole appointment for nothing, just to tell us they couldn’t get the records. Her response was they were busy. I’m truly baffled. Dr Hanna’s nurse also took his blood pressure & told us it was 160/80 when it’s been 180/120 all month and even 10 minutes before the appointment, for her to not believe us and say it’s our equipment at fault. When we left we went straight to my moms house who is a nurse, she checked it manually with a stethoscope and says it is 180/120."
